Can you share which Bay Area stores you found these in? I have checked San Leandro and Danville but had no luck. I’ll try Concord today and Richmond is also not too bad a trip for me. These look like such a good deal though that I would travel to SJ or the peninsula to pick up. .

Sorry to hear Jeffrey! Spare parts are cheap. It would be in their best interest to send you a few dollars in parts rather than return hundreds of dollars worth of chairs. Can I ask which part broke? Maybe there are others here that will be able to assist if we know exactly what part you need. Did you try calling & emailing them as well. Sometimes email works better
