Not really, only those that would occur for any other product that is exposed to the environment and needs occasional replacement parts. In this case an example would be tree branches falling on the shed and damaging the corner posts/side panels or if the shed is moved and parts become mislaid in the moving process. So how can I get these parts for my Royal Shed now that they are no longer made? .
Great experience working with Mitch and his crew. The ordering process was easy and we got exactly what we wanted and they built it on site in several hours, it was incredible. Great quality. We are very pleased. Cindy Tucker-Davis 1 year ago

Being in customer service most of my working career, Mitch and team epitomize what service and quality are. Shed arrived on time on a Friday and during the install the door was accidentally broken. I understand things happen. Mitch finished the installation, said he would be back on Monday (and its a 2 hour drive), never asking for the balance. Showed up on Monday, and fixed the door. Love the new shed. Thanks Mitch, Dale and team! Bruce Gentry 2 years ago Bill H. 2 years ago Kim Hornsby 2 years ago

DuraTemp is a plywood siding with a 1/8″ Douglas Fir wood composite face. It looks natural, resists dents, checks and cracks. It is inherently stronger, lighter and more durable than engineered wood sidings, and provides a low-maintenance, easy to paint surface. Our Duratemp-sided structures are constructed with Duratemp plywood siding. It’s a great product and the most economical siding choice. It is always 100% free and clear of patches.
First, you need to build the floor frame. Drill pilot holes through the 16′ ft joists and insert 3 1/2″ screws into the perpendicular components. Align the edges flush and check if the corners are square. Place the joists every 24″ on center.
